Water & Fruit

One of my top favorite Healthy Habits is to drink water (ideally with lemon) every day, and lots of it!

To add some natural flavor or to mix up your water program, try adding some frozen fruit such as a frozen tropical blend in place of ice. Not only is it an easy, healthy way to add flavor (and bright color), but you can eat the fruit once it softens. If you're trying to step away from soda, or if you don't like plain water, this is a great alternative to try out.

A few of my favorites other than lemon water is to add fresh cucumber slices and fresh mint or raspberries and ginger, or frozen strawberries and fresh kiwi slices or just good ole' frozen grapes.
