So, you have heath and fitness goals or New Year's Resolutions.......... or maybe you find yourself saying the same thing year after year about getting healthy, losing weight, stepping away from fast food, toning up, exercising regularly, getting 7-8 hours of sleep and so on.

But have you paused to really ask yourself WHY you want it? Have you taken time to reflect on the real reasons?  How it could change your life for the better and make your life easier?  Or help you live your BEST life? If not, take some time to really reflect, dig deep inside and ask yourself these questions.  Write it down and come back to it when you find yourself getting off track or in need of inspiration or motivation. If we understand the WHY, we're more likely to be successful in the WHAT (to do to reach our goals) and in taking the action and behaviors required!
