Prepare to Succeed at Clean, Healthy Eating and Living a Healthy Lifestyle!

To help have healthy snacks ready to go and on hand at home or at the office, invest in a dozen or so small food storage containers (small for healthy portion sizes) and spend 5-10  minutes each week filling with nuts & seeds, fruits and veggies, hard boiled eggs, tuna or turkey. Fill a few containers with healthy dips such as nut butter, hummus or Greek Yogurt.
