March Clean Eating Challenge

Today is the last day of the INSPIRED BY FITNESS Clean Eating Challenge. My hope is that you have learned how to Clean Up Your Diet, That You Tried New Foods and Recipes and that you Discovered That You Feel Better, Have More Energy and Maybe Even Leaned Out as a Result of Eliminating or Greatly Decreasing Processed, Fast & Fried  Foods, Preservatives & Chemicals, Soda, Sugar, Alcohol and White Starches.

The real challenge - or Lesson -  of the Clean Eating Challenge is to carry on your cleaner eating habits as part of living a healthy lifestyle.

So, today's tip is to take it One Bite At A Time, literally. One Clean, Healthy Bite At A Time and One Day At A Time for  Lifestyle of Health and Fitness!
