Walking Benefits One of my favorite "All In One" Tips is to take a walk after dinner. Even a short 10 minute leisurely walk outdoors after dinner (and or lunch) can reap many health benefits (Leave your mobile device at home for best overall wellness results!):

- Aids in digestion (less bloating)

- Burns meal calories

- Creates Dnergy via movement vs. sitting after lunch/dinner

- Wind Down: a great chance to wind down from the day and regroup or re-energize after lunch

- Outdoors Fresh Air - good for the mind, body and soul

- Reconnect with the outdoors & nature or with your family/friends
