One of my favorite tips is to set the tone for a healthier, active week by kicking off Monday with a good workout or fun physical activity/sport, clean eating, lots of water and setting a positive intention for the week.
Studies show that if you exercise on Monday, you're more likely to exercise throughout the week. And, if you eat healthier on Monday, you're more likely to eat healthier the next day.
So, set your clothes out the night before, pack your lunch and fill up your water bottle for the next day - on Sunday and Monday and set the tone for a fit and healthy week!
