On this Monday as you prepare for your week, schedule the timeslots on your calendar for your exercise, stretching, meditation, walking breaks, etc. at the gym, at work or home. "Time", or lack of, is the #1 reason (or let's be honest, the #1 Excuse) cited for not getting in regular exercise/movement (at least 3 times a week, or 150 minutes per week, as recommended by the American Heart Association and American Council on Exercise).

We all have the same amount of time in a day - 1,440 minutes. Everyone is "busy", not just you! So make your health a daily priority appointment and schedule your exercise and wellness care as part of living a healthy lifestyle and creating healthy habits for a lifetime vs. short term or restrictive diets that ultimately fail, and help prevent falling victim to  the major diseases and illnesses (Heart Disease, Diabetes, etc.)  proven to be brought on by lack of exercise!
