Get Up Reminder

Sitting has been declared the new Smoking! To help you keep active and moving throughout the day, set your watch, phone alarm or calendar alerts to remind yourself to GET UP from your desk or workspace every hour to walk around, stretch or refill your water bottle. Great way to refresh your mind and your body!

Studies show that our rear end literally expands and softens (yes ladies, your booty will thank you for getting up!) the more we sit.

So, stand up for yourself and be sure to get up from your chair and move around at least every hour!
