Preparation is key to success in everything, especially eating healthy, exercising and  living a healthy and fit lifestyle! To make mornings easier and to keep on task, I learned a few years ago that if I set out my workout clothes, packed my work lunch & snacks and cleaned and filled my water bottle for the next day, it helped save time, keep me on task with no excuses and became part of my regular routine that still works today, 6 years later!
