This Week's Tip Is Simple - Prepare for Success by setting out your exercise clothes at night for the next day's physical activity.

Whether you get up a little earlier to knock out your workout before work/school in the morning or if you like to get moving after work, preparing the night before to have your exercise clothes ready to go can help make or break your exercise plan.

This is one of my favorite tips and a practice I've been doing for the last 8 years since I started changing my routine of working out after work to getting up earlier to exercise before work and kick start my day. By being prepared and making this a nightly routine, it becomes a habit, which becomes your lifestyle and living a lifestyle of health and wellness. Most of us aren't as alert in the morning and are scrambling out the door, so by having your workout clothes already laid out or packed in your gym bag to hit your favorite studio, exercise class or meet with your Trainer after work OR by having your clothes already picked out so you can quickly get dressed and knock out your exercise before work is one less thing to worry about! And, it eliminates the excuse of being too tired, too busy, forgetting your workout clothes or having nothing to wear to get into exercise mode and knock it out!

So try adding just this one tweak to your nightly routine to be better prepared and set yourself up for a successful new day of being active and less stressed over getting your workout clothes ready - One Bite At A Time, One Workout At A Time, One Healthy Choice At A Time, & One Day At A Time!
