Banana Split Protein Shake

 

*INGREDIENTS:

  • 3/4 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk (or preferred Milk Choice)
  • 1 Scoop Vanilla or Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 1/4 C. 100% Unsweetened Dark Cocoa Powder
  • 1 Banana (Peeled Frozen or Ice)
  • Handful of Frozen (in place of ice) Strawberries (may also use fresh Strawberries)
  • 1 Spoonful of Ground Flax or Chia Seeds

Blend all ingredients in Blender or Vitamix and ENJOY!

*Optional Toppings - Dark Chocolate Chips or Shavings, Nuts (Cashews, Almonds, Pistachios, Peanuts) or Strawberries.
