- 3/4 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk (or preferred Milk Choice)
- 1 Scoop Vanilla or Chocolate Protein Powder
- 1/4 C. 100% Unsweetened Dark Cocoa Powder
- 1 Banana (Peeled Frozen or Ice)
- Handful of Frozen (in place of ice) Strawberries (may also use fresh Strawberries)
- 1 Spoonful of Ground Flax or Chia Seeds
Blend all ingredients in Blender or Vitamix and ENJOY!
