- 1-2 Cups Almond Milk
- 1 or Half Banana
- 1 Scoop Chocolate Protein Powder
- 1 spoonful Almond Butter
- 1 Dash of Cinnamon
Bit of crushed ice or use frozen bananas in place of ice
Mix all ingredients in Blender and Blend until smooth and ENJOY!
Great post-workout shake or breakfast option.
