Banana Split Protein Shake

INGREDIENTS:

3/4 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk (or preferred Milk Choice)

1 Scoop Vanilla or Chocolate Protein Powder

1/4 C. 100% Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

1 Banana (Peeled Frozen or Ice)

Handful of Frozen (in place of ice) Strawberries (may also use fresh Strawberries)

1 Spoonful of Ground Flax or Chia Seeds

Blend all ingredients in Blender or Vitamix and ENJOY!

*Optional - Top With Dark Chocolate Shavings or Chips or Nuts (almonds, cashews, walnuts, pistachios, peanuts)
