1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk (may also use Coconut Milk or Coconut Water)
1 Handful Strawberries
1 Handful Blueberries
1 Kiwi, Sliced
2 Pitted Dates
1/2 Frozen (or Fresh) Banana - I used Frozen Banana in Place of Ice
1 Handful Kale (may also use Spinach)
1 Spoonful Ground Chia Seed
2-3 Dashes Cinnamon
