1  or 1-1/2 Cups Coconut Milk

1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder (or chocolate if preferred)

3 tsp Flax Seeds

Handful of frozen berries - blueberries & raspberries pictured

Combine ingredients in blender and ENJOY! Great post-workout protein shake, breakfast or snack option.
