One of my New Favorite Creations! You (or you kids/or other picky eater) won't even know there are any veggies in this delicious smoothie that provides 3 servings of veggies, omega-3's, fiber, protein, Vitamin C and tons of antioxidants and anti-inflammatory benefits!! Delicious and filling breakfast option, snack or dessert & yummy way to Drink Your Veggies!

INGREDIENTS

1 Cup Tart Cherry Juice

Handful Fresh Spinach or Kale Leaves

Handful Shredded Carrots

Handful Shredded Broccoli Slaw

1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder

1 Spoonful Ground Flax Seeds

Handful Frozen Mixed Berries

Blend all and Enjoy getting your greens in without tasting anything but a delicious blend of berries & vanilla.
