1-1/2 Cup Almond Milk (or Cashew Milk or Dairy Milk if preferred)
1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder (or may substitute w/Chocolate Protein Powder)
1 Handful Frozen Blueberries (in place of ice or may use fresh)
Handful Fresh Spinach (to sneak in greens, iron, calcium and more protein & doesn't change taste)
1/2 Banana (I use frozen for ice) (creamy flavor ad potassium)
2 Spoonful's Ground Flax Seed (adds a nutty flavor & protein, fiber & Omega 3's)
2 Spoonful's Cacao Powder (Iron, Protein, Fiber & Magnesium) -may substitute w/100% Dark Cocoa Powder
Blend Until Smooth and Enjoy!Add ice if needed for desired texture.
I named this "Blueberry Bliss" because drinking it makes me feel pure bliss because it tastes so delicious and creamy good, light but filling and I know how awesome it is for my body, skin and mind! Perfect for breakfast, snack, or post-workout.
