INGREDIENTS:
1 Cup Chocolate Almond Milk
1 Scoop Chocolate Protein Powder
1-2 Spoonful's 100% Cocoa Powder 1
/2 - 1 Frozen Banana (or frozen strawberries)
Handful of Bear Naked Chocolate Elation Granola (or KIND Brand Dark Chocolate Cherry Granola)
* Substitute KIND brand Peanut Butter Whole Grain Clusters for Chocoholic Peanut Butter Crunch Smoothie (less sugar and cleaner than the Chocolate Elation)
1 Spoonsful Ground Chia or Flax Seeds
1-3 Dashes of Cinnamon
Add ice as needed for desired consistency Blend all ingredients and top with sprinkle of Bear Naked Elation Granola - Enjoy as a delicious dessert, treat, snack or even a post-workout snack for a protein-carb recovery boost!
