Prep Time 10 Minutes - Super Easy, Crazy Delicious, Healthy Chocolate PB Balls!

1/4 Cup 100% Pure Maple Syrup (or Raw Honey, or Coconut Nectar) - start with 1/4 Cup & add a bit extra as needed for creamy texture

1/2 Cup Raw Oats

1/4 to 1/2 Cup Dark Cocoa Powder

1/4 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter (no or low sugar)

1 Can Organic Black Beans - rinsed and drained (Secret ingredient & you'll never taste 'em - adds protein, fiber and creamy texture)

2 TSP Flax Seeds (or Chia or Hemp Seeds)

2 TSP Organic Coconut Oil (melted to liquid form)

Few Dashes of Sea Salt

Few Dashes of Cinnamon

Peanut Butter Powder

*Optional - Coconut Chips (I added a handful of these simply because I had the on hand)

Add all ingredients in food processor or Vitamix except for Peanut Butter Powder. Slowly mix until creamy. Roll into balls. For extra Peanut Butter flavor, roll chocolate balls in peanut butter powder (place PB powder in bowl to roll). Refrigerate or freeze for 1 hour before eating. Good for 1 week in refrigerator or 3-4 weeks in freezer. Makes 20-25 Balls depending on rolled size.
