Clean Egg Ramikin Breakfast

Eggs, Spinach & Red Peppers

- 2 Organic Eggs (or 3-4 Egg Whites)

- Few Torn Pieces of Spinach

- Few Red Peppers (I used jarred peppers here)

- Dash of Pepper (or other favorite spices)

- EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil) 1 Splash/Drizzle or Coconut Oil

Drizzle EVOO into bottom on Ramekin. Crack eggs into Ramekin and stir with fork. Add Spinach and Red Peppers (or your favorite/preferred veggies - broccoli, kale, mushrooms, etc.) and microwave 1 min. 45 seconds. May substitute egg whites only in place of whole egg.
