Eggnog Smoothie

This Delicious, Creamy Sweet Treat is a Must Try and an Excellent Addition to Your Holiday Gatherings!

INGREDIENTS:

1 Cup Almond Milk

1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder (*Optional for a Protein Smoothie Version)

1  Peeled Banana (I use frozen peeled chunks in place of ice. Or use 1/2 Banana if counting carbs/sugar)

2 Pitted Dates

1 TSP Organic Almond Extract

2-3 Dashes Nutmeg

2-3 Dashes Cinnamon

Blend all ingredients until smooth. Add ice as desired for added thickness & top with additional dash of Nutmeg.

Serves 1 (or 2 small glasses) For More Servings, Double or Triple Recipe.

Variations To Experiment With:  Add Raw Almonds, 1 TSP Almond Butter, Vanilla Almond Milk for a Sweeter Version or Add Another PItted Date to Sweeten. For Cocktail Version, Add 1 Shot of Rum, or Bourbon, Bailey's or Kahlua.
