Berry Blend Oatmeal

INGREDIENTS:

1 Packet Steel Cut Oatmeal (or other low/no sugar oatmeal, or 1 cup raw oats)

3/4 C Unsweetened Almond Milk

1 Scoop Vanilla Whey Protein Powder

1 Spoonful Ground Flaxseed

2 Dashes Cinnamon

1 Handful Walnuts

1 Handful Raw Pumpkin Seeds

1 Handful Frozen (or fresh) Berries - I used Berry Blend of Raspberries, Blueberries, Cherries

Combine all ingredients in bowl. Microwave according to Oatmeal Packet directions or for One Minute, 25 Seconds. May also heat in small saucepan over stovetop.
