1/4 to 1/2 Cucumber

2 Handfuls of Kale

1/2 Frozen (or room temp) Banana

1/4 Sliced Avocado

2 Pitted Dates

Frozen Mango Chunks

1 Scoop Vanilla Whey Protein Powder

2 Spoonful's Ground Chia Seeds

2-3 Shakes of Ground Cinnamon
