1 Cup Natural Coconut Water
Handful Fresh Organic Spinach
Handful Organic Broccoli Slaw
5-6 Slices Cucumber
1 Kiwi, Center Scooped Out
Handful Frozen Peas
1 TSP Ground Flax Seeds
1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder (I used a Vegan Brand)
Mix all ingredients in a Blender or Vitamix, starting with Coconut Water first and blend until smooth. Top With Dash of Cinnamon. Enjoy and Savor Each Sip of Goodness!
