- Fresh, Spinach Leaves - torn or chopped
- 3-5 oz. chicken, sauteed or grilled and chopped
- Blueberries - small handful
- Raspberries - small handful
- 1/2 Avocodo
- Goat Cheese - small handful
- Walnuts - small handful
- EVOO and Balsamic Vinegarete - drizzle
Toss together all ingredients and enjoy for lunch or dinner. Prepare night before and pack in container for work, travel or school.
