INGREDIENTS:
1 Cup (or 1 8-12 Oz container) Pure Unflavored Coconut Water
1 Kiwi (scoop out the center)
1 Peach or Handful of Frozen Peaches (I used frozen in lieu of ice)
Handful Frozen Pineapple
Handful Frozen Sweet Peas
Handful Fresh Spinach
1 Scoop Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
1-2 Spoonfulls Ground Chia (or Flax) Seeds
Dash Cinnamon
Blend all ingredients - start with coconut water (or coconut milk if want sweeter), then frozen fruit and add the rest of ingredients.
