INGREDIENTS:

1 Cup Almond Milk(Or Use Coconut  or Coconut Water or Preferred Milk)

Handful Frozen Mango Chunks

2 Scoops Vanilla Protein Powder

1/2 Banana

1 Pitted Date

1 Spoonsful Ground Flax Seeds

Dash of Cinnamon

*Options:

- Sneak in Greens by Adding Handful of Fresh Spinach or Kale, Shredded Broccoli or Shredded Carrots (I added shredded broccoli carrot slaw)

- Add Spoonsful Ground Chia or Hemp Seeds in place of Flax For Added Protein, Fiber & Omega-3's

- Add Spoonful Almond or Peanut Butter for Added Nutty Flavor, Creaminess, Protein & Healthy Fats

One of my more dessert like shakes because it's so creamy, sweet and smooth, Mango Madness Smoothie is a great breakfast option, post workout or afternoon snack or a delicious and nutritious dessert.
