Mint Greens Shake

INGREDIENTS:

1 Cup Coconut Water (Plain)

1 cup Fresh Kale (or Spinach)

1/2 Cucumber, sliced

1 Kiwi, cut in half and scooped out of skin

Frozen Pineapple Chunks (or Frozen Mango Chunks)

1 Sprig of Fresh Mint

Dash of Cinnamon

Combine first 5 ingredients in blender or Vitamix and blend until smooth. Top With Dash of Cinnamon and Mint Sprig. Pour and Enjoy - a natural detoxifier, it's like drinking a cup of pure refreshing goodness!
