1/2 Pear - cut into chunks

Handful Frozen Mango Chunks

1/2 Cup Frozen Peas

1/2 Banana

1 Kiwi Scooped

1 Spoonful Ground Chia Seeds

1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder

Dash of Cinnamon
