Handful Walnuts
2-3 Slices Pre-Cooked Sweet Potato
Dash of Cinnamon (on Sweet Potatos)
Dash of Turmeric and/or Cayenne Red Pepper on Eggs
Drizzle EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil) on all
Arrange ingredients on a plate or bowl, top with Spices and EVOO and ENJOY!
