Quinoa Banana Cereal


1 Cup or So of Cooked Quinoa (I used cold, refrigerated quinoa from the batch I made for the week - the cold quinoa is great for a cereal or to throw on a salad)

Handful of Walnuts

1/2 to 1 Banana

Almond Milk (or your choice of milk)

2-3 Dashes of Cinnamon

Drizzle 100% Maple Syrup

Add all ingredients into a bowl and enjoy a healthy, cleaner version of a cereal. Replacing traditional boxed/packaged cereal that has added sugar, fake food ingredients, unhealthy starches and preservatives with Quinoa provides a clean, hearty delicious serving of protein, fiber and omega-3's.
