INGREDIENTS:
1 Box/Bag Quinoa
1 Head of Fresh Broccoli - Chopped
1 Red Pepper Chopped or 1/2 C Roasted Red Peppers from Jar
Pre-Cooked Frozen Diced Chicken
EVOO
2-4 Dashes Garlic Powder, Cayenne Red Pepper and Turmeric
Cook Quinoa according to directions. Meanwhile drizzle EVOO in skillet and sauté chicken, broccoli and red peppers. Sprinkle chicken with spices and cook on medium until tender.
Spoon cooked chicken and veggies over cooked quinoa and ENJOY!
