Spinach Tuna Berry Salad

INGREDIENTS:

3-4 Handfuls Fresh, Organic Spinach

1 Packet Tuna (I use Sweet & Spicy by Chicken of the Sea)

Handful Chopped Cucumber

Handful Strawberries

Handful Blueberries

1 Hardboiled Egg

Handful Walnuts

1/2 Avocado

Cayenne Red Pepper - Sprinkle on Egg & Avocado

Turmeric - Sprinkle of Egg & Avocado

EVOO & Balsamic Vinegar for Dressing

Sprinkle With Nutritional Yeast

Combine all ingredients in bowl. Similar to my Easy Power Packed Tuna Salad (you'll see I commonly use my favorite ingredients and experiment with variations based on what's in season, in the fridge and for fun), but with added protein and nutrients from Hardboiled Egg & Walnuts making this the Supreme Version of the Spinach Tuna Berry Salad!
