Broccoli Slaw Vegan Salad


2-3 Handfuls of Organic Broccoli Slaw

1/2 Cucumber Diced

4-6 Strawberries Chopped

Vegan Boca Burger and or Tempeh (I used half a Boca Burger and  about 2 oz of Tempeh with Flax, sautéed in olive oil until browned - about 8 minutes for both)

3-4 Dashes Nutritional Yeast

Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar - to drizzle over salad

Cook Protein (Boca Burger or Tempeh, may also use chicken or salmon) in skillet with 1 tsp olive oil until browned and done. Add Broccoli Slaw, Cucumbers, Strawberries to bowl and top with cooked Boca Burger or Tempeh. Top with Nutritional Yeast and Drizzle Olive Oil  Balsamic for dressing.
