1 Cup Almond (or Coconut) Milk1 TSP Turmeric
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
Dash or 2 of Cayenne Pepper
1 TSP Honey
Add all ingredients to saucepan and slowly heat, stirring constantly until spices dissolve and tea is steaming or hot. Pour in to your favorite mug and enjoy!
For traditional spiced tea version, boil water and add 1 tsp Turmeric, honey and cinnamon.
