1 Cup Plain Coconut Water
1 Scoop Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
1 Spoonful Chia Seeds
1/2 Frozen Banana (or fresh)
1 Kiwi (scoop inside of skin)
Handful Spinach (or Kale)
1/2 Cucumber (4-5 Slices)
Watermelon Chunks
