I love coming to your class and look forward to it each week!  I always feel de-stressed and more energized when I leave.  I have maintained my weight and have lost a couple inches along the way.  I am sad to say, with being so busy at work, I have stopped working out at lunch other days through the week.  Your class is the only one I have been attending.  You have inspired me to try to make healthier choices and I love that you hold me accountable simply by asking how I have done in each class.

I would love to have two classes a week, if at all possible.
