Me & Pat Geist 5K '15

"I have been working with Susan since October of 2014 and I have lost 5" across my stomach, 3" off my hips, increased and toned my upper body (doubled my pushups and now perform on toes!) and core strength (leaner & more toned) and flexibility and ran my first 5K in May ('15)!
