There's nothing like the crisp, crunchy, delicious delight of a fresh, raw vegetable in the midst of Summer to make you feel light, healthy, fit and yes, even satisfied! Incorporating vegetables with each meal is part of my Healthy Habits Checklist and an important aspect of creating a sustainable LIFESTYLE of health and wellness.   5. No Cooking Required!  Just some rinsing and chopping.
