If you are need a new program and motivation to JUST DO SOMETHING  or start exercising, try these movements to help you get stronger and more fit and toned by performing a combination of a few of my favorite functional movements:

Squatting - gain strength & tone your glutes, legs and core

Cardio - every day is different to keep it FUN and mix it up

Planks - develop core strength by Front and Side Planking
