INGREDIENTS:
1 Cup Almond Milk (or preferred Milk Choice)
1 Scoop Vanilla or Chocolate Protein Powder
Spoonful 100% Unsweetened Cocoa Powder OR Cacao Powder
1 Banana (Peeled Frozen or Fresh)
Handful of Frozen (in place of ice) Strawberries or fresh Strawberries
1 Spoonful of Ground Flax or Chia Seeds
Blend all ingredients in Blender and ENJOY! (Add ice for preferred texture)
*Optional - Top With Dark Chocolate Shavings or Chocolate Chips and/or Nuts (almonds, cashews, walnuts, pistachios, peanuts)
