1 Scoop Chocolate Protein Powder
1 Cup Almond (or Chocolate Almond Milk for an even Richer Taste!) Milk
1 Spoonful Almond Butter (or Peanut Butter)
1 Cup or Handful of Frozen or Fresh Dark Pitted Cherries (I use frozen to replace ice)
1 Spoonful Ground Flax (or Chia) Seeds
Blend until smooth and enjoy! Great post-workout protein shake as well as breakfast, snack or even as a dessert option!
