
Harvest Salad
INGREDIENTS
Kale (may also use Spinach)
1 Can Garbanzo Beans, Rinsed
1/2 Chopped Cucumber
1/2 Cup Chopped Carrots
2 Handfuls Raw Pumpkin Seeds
2 Handfuls Golden Raisins (may also use Dried Cranberries)
Precooked Sweet Potato Chunks
Dressing:
Mix in separate bowl, 2 TSP Apple Cider Vinegar, 4 TSP Olive Oil, Drizzle of Honey & Couple Dashes Turmeric. Add more honey as desired.
