Introducing the July Shake of the Month - Berry Blast!  My July Shake of the Month is infused with delicious berries rich in anti-oxidants & Vitamin C, Ground Chia Seeds for a dose of Omega-3's, Fiber and Protein, Vanilla Protein (I use Vegan Protein Powder now - picture from 3 years ago shows Whey which is also a great choice) for lean muscle building support, Pitted Dates for added Potassium and Magnesium and I sneak in Greens of Nutrient Rich Kale (or you can use Spinach) - don't worry, you can't taste the greens!
