INGREDIENTS: 

1 Cup Pure Unflavored Coconut Water

1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder (I used Plant Fusion Vanilla)

1 Handful Spinach or Kale

1/5 Avocado

1/4 Sliced Cucumber

1 Handful Frozen Peas

1/2 Frozen Banana

2 tsp. Ground Flax Seeds

Blend all until smooth. Add ice for desired texture/thickness.
