1-2 Fresh Peaches (can also use frozen)
1-2 Fresh Apriconts
1/2 Frozen Banana (for Ice)
1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
1 Spoonful Ground Flax Seeds (may also use Chia Seeds and is Optional) 4-5 Dashes of Ground Cinnamon
1 Cup Almond Milk (may also use Coconut or Dairy)
*Optional - 1 Spoonful of 100% Pure Honey or 100% Pure Maple Syrup
Blend all ingredients and top with a dash of Cinnamon - ENJOY! *Add ice for desired texture and thickness or may also add more frozen banana or frozen peaches.
I created the Peaches & Cream August Shake of The Month to take advantage of peaches and apricots being in peak season. It's the perfect, delicious summer treat to cap off the last official month of Summer and a great reason to get to local farmer's markets to pick up some fresh peaches!
