2-3 Handfuls Fresh, Organic Spinach Leaves
1/2 Pear Chopped - Sprinkle with Cinnamon
Handful Raspberries
Handful Pistachios - Healthy Crunch
1/4 Sliced Avocado
3-5 Oz. or 4-5 Strips of Pre-Cooked Frozen Chicken
Dash Cinnamon, Cayenne Red Pepper and Turmeric (adds flavor, and great anti-inflammatory, metabolism boosting)
EVOO and Balsamic Vinegar
Sauté chicken in skillet with EVOO and sprinkle with Cayenne Red Pepper and Turmeric. Place spinach in bowl and top with chopped pear, raspberries, pistachios, avocado and chicken. Drizzle with EVOO and Balsamic Vinegar (or other preferred lite dressing)
