Before in Blender & After


1 Cup Plain Coconut Water

Handful Broccoli Slaw

Handful Spinach/Kale (I used a blend of Spinach, Kale & Chard, but you can use whichever you prefer or have on hand)

Few Slices of Cucumber

Handful Shredded Carrot

Handful Strawberries

1 Kiwi - Center Scooped

Handful Frozen Banana Chunks & Frozen Peaches (in lieu of ice)

1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder

1 TSP Ground Flax Seed

Add all ingredients in blender and mix until smooth.

I named this the "Smoothie Supreme" because it is a deluxe version of a Smoothie providing the 6-8 Daily Recommended Servings of Veggies & Fruits all in one delicious smoothie!  4 different vegetables and 4 brightly colored fruits loaded with vitamins, minerals, fiber and anti-oxidants, and  protein, fiber and omega 3's from the protein powder (I use a plant based) and Flax Seeds.

Great to start your day with as breakfast, or as a snack or dessert - yes, it's just sweet enough (but not too sweet) from the natural sugars from the fruits!
