"I am really enjoying this class. It is beneficial for me to not only exercise but to hear and learn about the things that help me to live a healthier life. I like doing the exercises that strengthen the parts of a woman that make you look “good”: a healthy firm back side , toned arms legs and thighs. I look forward to class every week and it does make me feel so much better. I went to a family event this past weekend got so many “girl you are looking good!"
