I love Susan's Cardio Core Class and would love to go twice a week if possible.  I have had back problems for several years now and I have to say that this the first time in years that my back feels so much better!!   I feel that Susan's class has helped me strengthen my back and core to point that most days I don’t feel any pain at all.  In addition, her help with the proper techniques which is very important with workouts especially with someone that has an injury. Thank you for all you do!
